We worry about products quality, have you had quality problems?

We do not have quality problems recently. If quality problems are occurred, we prompt take action to investigate the reason which could have caused to issue Corrective Action Report and arrange replacements. Wider are selling products after deeply investigated and inspected for customer's satisfaction.

Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ) for ordering?

Yes, we are manufacturer, and we have basically MOQ. We can arrange small quantity free sample for evaluation. Please feel free to consult us in case

Can you add OEM name at print on cable sheath or ODM service?

Yes, if you need more details, please feel free contact us.

How long is standard lead-time?

It depends on quantity and shipping method, cable assembly connector is about 3 weeks and plug is about 2 weeks after receiving order.

What kind of shipping method you offer?

We offer sea freight, by air/Express (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMX etc), by train etc.

What kind of trade terms you provide?

We provide FCA/FOB/CIF/C&F/DDU terms, most of the time we offer FOBĀ  HK.

Can you do custom-packing?

Yes, in case requested at inquiry or quotation, we can arrange custom-packing, for example add customer P/N number, sticker on the bag (colorful options) to follow those numbers for Packing. And we also do custom poly bag or blister card packing.

Do you perform Environmental conditioning test (SGS, RoHS, and REACH) for cable?

Yes, we perform testing for representative part in each series. If you need test data, please feel free to contact us.
